Q: What is your minimum quantity order?
 I: One set.
Q: Do you provide a sample? Is it free or extra?
 I: Yes, we can provide the samples of stair parts. All the sample costs will be refunded after you place the order.
Q: What are your terms of payment?
 I: 30%-50% T/T for deposit, balance before loading.

Q: What is your after-sales service?
 I: After we deliver the goods, we will send the detailed drawings, installation instructions, and packing list to tell you how to install. For any problems during installation, you can contact us at any time.

 I: Step 1: Inquiry from customer for a particular product or project.
   Step 2: Offer us your project drawing or purchasing list for our checking.
   Step 3: Our team works on the building information and works out a solution for each product, and also a quotation.
   Step 4: Customer checks and confirms the solution and quotation, then signs the PI and arranges a deposit.
   Step 5: We offer the details shop drawing for each product, and the customer confirms each shop drawing.
   Step 6: Arrange production.
